THE National Power Corporation and the Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management Corporation (Psalm) will shut down if the P62 billion garnishment will be given to the retrenched employees, an official said.
Napocor president and CEO Maria Gladys Sta. Rita said the corporation will be forced to halt their operations if they suffice the amounts to the displaced employees.
“The Napocor will shut down (its operation),” said Sta. Rita during the Senate inquiry on P62 billion payables owed by Napocor to displaced employees.
